Sex therapy can help reinforce the self-love and confidence needed to advocate for our emotional, sexual, and physical needs. Sex therapy can often help families, couples, and individuals restore or improve sexual health, communicate more effectively, and work on achieving a more fulfilling sex life and sexual identity. My approach is sex-positive and affirming of all sexual and gender expressions. I respect the dignity of every individual regardless of race, ethnicity, faith, disability, sexual or gender identity.
