Gain confidence in working with couples
Join this virtual 8-week couples therapy workshop and supervision with Dan Michels (LPC, CHT)!
Monday evenings from 6-8 pm MST
March 16th – May 4th
This workshop is for anyone who works with couples, whether you’re a psychotherapist, mentor, or coach. You can join to build your skills, be in community, as well as getting your supervision hours for your LPC.
You will learn:
- New and effective interventions
- How to be with high conflict couples and build your own conflict resilience
- Identify and track subtle, meta dynamics
- Explore the Upper Limits Problem/navigate nourishment barriers
- Trusting your instincts/having fun in your work
This will be a mixture of workshop and supervision. I’ll be presenting some curriculum: core tenets of couples therapy I have learned in my private practice. That will lead into open discussion about couples work as well as having the space to discuss your clients and get feedback from both me and others in the group.
About me: I have been a couples therapist for a decade. I am a Hakomi Certified Therapist and a PACT (level 2) couples therapist. My background is in mindfulness-based approaches, somatics and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I look forward to meeting you and diving into this work!
Cost: Sliding scale range of $800-$1,000 – that’s $100-$125/evening!
There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit required upon registration. *If this is a barrier of entry, please apply anyway and we can talk about what might work for you.
